Persian Jozan Rug | 3' 11" x 7' 8"

In village-woven rugs, we do not often encounter this level of harmony between pattern and colour. The weaver of this piece was clearly a master. The careful selection and arrangement of colours give this rug a distinct personality.

A dark, floral border gently guides the eye toward the centre, while the colour combination of the three medallions creates a calm, soothing feel for the viewer.
