All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify, Shopify Collective and third party Suppliers.

At AURABAGS SHOP, we work with multiple suppliers including Shopify Collective vendors and Printify partners to bring you high-quality bags, accessories, home décor, furniture, and apparel. Because most products are custom-printed or fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.


✅ What We Accept
We will consider a return or replacement only if:

 • Your item arrives defective
• Your item arrives damaged during shipping


📸 How to Request a Return or Replacement
To start a return claim, please:


* Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
* Send an email to: support@aurabagsshop.com
* Include the following in your message:
* Order number
* Clear photos of the defect or damage
* Screenshot of the packaging and item received
* Description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we will review it and contact the supplier on your behalf.


🔁 Supplier Approval Required
Because products are fulfilled by different vendors (Shopify Collective, third party Suppliers & Printify), all return claims must be approved by the supplier before a replacement or refund is issued.


⏳ Please allow up to 7–14 business days for review and response from the supplier.


📦 What Happens Next
• If the supplier approves your claim, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
• If the supplier denies the claim, we will notify you with the explanation.


❌ What We Do NOT Accept
• Returns for buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size/color ordered
• Items used, washed, or worn (unless defective)

LOST PACKAGES
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a replacement or refund based on carrier confirmation.
