All orders are processed within 2–21 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Many of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including Shopify Collective vendors and Printify production partners. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and product type.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary based on product, supplier location, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 5– 60 business days
- United States: 5–60 business days
- International: 10–60 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product supplier.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or minimum purchase amounts.

4. International Shipping

AURABAGS SHOP ships to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or other local fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Postal carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will contact the supplier for review and resolution. All claims are subject to supplier approval.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
